  • Our team delivers and collects on a route with other deliveries between 9am and 2pm.

  • Our warehouse is not open to the public for deliveries and collections.

  • The lights are mains powered with a plug required for each light within 2 metres.

  • Our lights are 4ft / 120cm tall. Most are approx 60cm wide, number 1 is about 40cm.

  • You can hire our light up letters in white and rustic styles.

  • You can but do NOT use glue dots, command hooks etc that may damage them.

  • No. Our lights are electrical items. Any moisture can damage the wood or electrics.

  • In exceptional circumstances but it charges are 2x to collect out of our normal times.

  • We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

  • Our lights are made out of MDF and are all the same manufacturer for consistency.

  • Yes, we have all public liability insurance and PAT certification needed for venues.
