How much is delivery?
It's worked out from your venue's exact postcode, so it depends where you are. The booking form shows it with your total before you commit — there's no guessing and no surprise on the day.
Do you charge more the further out we are?
The hire prices are the same wherever you are. Only the delivery charge reflects the distance.
What time do you arrive?
We deliver in an agreed 9am–2pm window, set everything up and test it, then come back to collect after your event.
Do you know our venue?
Probably. We've worked at hundreds of Yorkshire venues over 3,500+ events. Tell us where you are and we'll tell you how we normally set up there.
We're outside Yorkshire — can you still come?
Ask us. Beyond about an hour it depends on the date and what else we have on, so send the details through the booking form and we'll tell you straight away.
