What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

The photo wall they'll remember
Prom season is short — late June to mid-July, mostly Fridays — and the best dates book up early. Light up PROM letters, the year in numbers and your school's initials make the photo wall every student queues for.
We've set up for proms at hotels across Leeds and Yorkshire. White letters with daylight white bulbs are the classic; add wireless uplighters to light the room in the school colours.

- How much do prom light up letters cost?
- PROM is £140 Monday to Thursday and £160 Friday to Sunday; add the year for £25/£30 a number.
- When should we book?
- As early as you can: prom season is only a few weeks long and most proms fall on Fridays, so popular dates go first.
- Can you add a hashtag?
- Yes — we have a # in white, priced like a letter.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and lights, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
