What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.
| Light | Mon–Thu | Fri–Sun |

| Each number, 0–9 | £25 | £30 |
The photo everyone posts, with your name on it
Put the company name behind the stage, the brand name at the entrance or the event name on the dance floor, and every photo taken that night carries it. We stock multiples of every letter, so most names are straightforward — send us the wording and we'll confirm it and the exact price before you book.
White letters use daylight white bulbs: clean and premium under hotel and conference lighting. Rustic letters are real wood with warm amber LEDs, which suit barns, warehouses and a festive room. Wireless uplighters wash the walls in your brand colours or a Christmas red and green.
Christmas dates go early: the first two weekends of December book up first, and midweek parties cost less — Monday to Thursday letters are cheaper than Friday to Sunday. Book the date now and confirm your wording later.
We can bring more than lights. A photo booth, a sequin wall backdrop, a balloon display in your brand colours or our ice cream tuk can all go on the same booking, delivered by the same team on the same night.

Questions people ask
- How much does a company name in lights cost?
- Letters are £35 each Monday to Thursday and £40 Friday to Sunday, so a six-letter name is £210 midweek and £240 at a weekend. Numbers, for the year, are £25 and £30. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode.
- Can you do our logo?
- We hire out 4ft letters and numbers, so we spell out your company, brand or event name rather than reproducing a logo shape. Send us the wording and we'll confirm we have every letter for your date.
- Can we add a photo booth, sequin wall or balloons?
- Yes. Photo booths, a sequin wall backdrop, balloon displays and our ice cream tuk come from the same group, so they go on one booking and one invoice, set up by the same team on the night.
- When should we book a Christmas party?
- As early as you can. December weekends go first, and the first two weekends are the busiest of the year. A midweek December date is cheaper and far easier to get.
- Do you invoice a company?
- Yes. Book online and we'll invoice the company; tell us a purchase order number and we'll put it on the invoice.
- White or rustic?
- White uses daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow in any venue. Rustic is wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barns, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and lights, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
