Spell it out, in lights

We carry multiples of every letter in both white and rustic, so no word is off limits, plus the & sign, a heart in both styles, a # in white and a one-piece MR & MRS. That covers everything from LOVE at the end of the aisle to a surname behind the top table, a hashtag on the photo wall or a brand name at a launch night.

White letters are the classic: daylight white bulbs, sitting between harsh ice white and yellow warm white, give a clean glow that looks premium in a ballroom or a barn. Rustic letters pair real wood with warm white amber LEDs — the glow for barn weddings, rustic themes and industrial venues around Leeds, Harrogate and York.

Ten years and more than 3,500 Yorkshire events in, our own team handles every delivery: we set up while you get ready, test everything, and come back to collect — so the only thing you'll think about is the photos.

Questions people ask

How much does it cost to hire light up letters?
£35 per letter Monday to Thursday and £40 Friday to Sunday, with a £50 minimum midweek and £60 at weekends. LOVE is £140 midweek and £160 at a weekend, plus delivery by postcode.
How much is MR & MRS?
The MR & MRS sign is one piece: £45 midweek and £55 at a weekend. Most couples add their surname in letters beside it.
How tall are the letters?
Each letter stands 4ft tall — tall enough to frame a top table or a dance floor, and they fit through a normal doorway.
White or rustic?
White letters use daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow that suits any venue. Rustic letters are wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barn weddings, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
Do they need a plug socket?
Yes, they run from a standard mains socket. Tell us where the nearest one is when you book and we'll plan the layout around it.
Are they insured and safety tested?
Every hire is covered by our public liability insurance and every light is PAT tested, so your venue gets the paperwork it needs.
How do I book?
Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and letters, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
