What it costs

Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

How much does light up letter and number hire cost in Halifax?
Numbers are £25 each Monday to Thursday and £30 Friday to Sunday; letters are £35 and £40. The minimum spend is £50 midweek and £60 at weekends, so an 18th or 40th is £50 midweek. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book.
Do you deliver to Halifax?
Yes. Halifax is about 25 minutes from our Leeds base, and our own team delivers across the HX postcodes, including Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge, Elland, Brighouse. We deliver in an agreed 9am–2pm window, set everything up and test it, then come back to collect.
What time do you arrive in Halifax?
We leave our Holbeck base early enough to be with you inside the agreed 9am–2pm window — Halifax is about 25 minutes away, so most HX deliveries are done well before lunch. If your venue has a tight access window, tell us when you book and we'll work to it.
White or rustic?
White letters and numbers use daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow that suits any venue. Rustic letters are wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barns, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
How big are they, and what can you spell?
Everything is 4ft tall. We carry multiples of every letter, numbers 0–9, an & and a heart in both styles, a # in white and a one-piece MR & MRS sign — so names, initials, ages and hashtags all work.
Are they insured and safety tested?
Every hire is covered by our public liability insurance and every light is PAT tested, which is what venues ask for.
How do I book?
