What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

What affects the price
Three things, plus delivery. First, the day: Monday to Thursday is cheaper (£25 a number, £35 a letter) than Friday to Sunday (£30 and £40).
Second, how many characters you need: numbers cost less than letters, the & and the heart are priced as letters, and the MR & MRS sign is one piece at £45 midweek. Third, the minimum spend — £50 midweek and £60 at weekends — which is why a two-digit age costs the same as the minimum.
White and rustic are the same price. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, and the booking form shows it before you book. Most of our competitors won't put a price on their website at all; we'd rather you knew before you asked.

- How much does it cost to hire light up letters?

- How much are light up numbers to hire?
- £25 per number midweek and £30 at weekends. A two-digit age such as 18, 21 or 40 comes to the minimum spend: £50 midweek, £60 at a weekend.
- Why is the weekend more expensive?
- Friday to Sunday is when most weddings and parties happen, so demand is highest. If your date is flexible, midweek saves on every character.
- Is there a minimum spend?
- Yes: £50 Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- White or rustic?
- White uses daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow in any venue. Rustic is wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barns, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and lights, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
