What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

Every age, any celebration
We stock every digit from 0 to 9 in both white and rustic, so whatever the number — an 18th, a 60th, a 25th anniversary or a company's 50 years — we can light it up. They're the photo everyone takes: the backdrop to the speeches, the cake and the group shots at the end of the night.
18ths are our most-booked birthdays, and 40ths are the fastest growing. Add letters to spell a name alongside the age, pair them with a balloon garland from Leeds Balloon Co, or book uplighters to wash the room in the same colours.
We've been lighting Yorkshire parties for ten years and more than 3,500 events. Our own team — not a courier — delivers, positions and tests everything, then comes back to collect, so there's nothing for you to do but enjoy it.

- How much does it cost to hire light up numbers?
- £25 per number Monday to Thursday and £30 Friday to Sunday, with a £50 minimum midweek and £60 at weekends. So an 18 or a 40 is £50 midweek and £60 at a weekend, plus delivery by postcode.
- How big are the numbers?
- Each number stands 4ft tall — big enough to be the backdrop for every photo of the night, and they fit through a normal doorway.
- White or rustic?
- White numbers use daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow that suits any venue. Rustic numbers are wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barn weddings, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- Do they need a plug socket?
- Yes, they run from a standard mains socket, so let us know where the nearest one is when you book and we'll plan the layout around it.
- Are they insured and safety tested?
- Every hire is covered by our public liability insurance and every light is PAT tested, which is what venues ask for.
- Can I add a name, or balloons?
- Yes — add letters to spell a name alongside the age (letters are £35 each midweek), or pair the numbers with a balloon garland from our partners at Leeds Balloon Co in one booking.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and numbers, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
