What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

The photo everyone takes
A giant number is the backdrop for the cake, the speeches and every group photo. A two-digit age — 18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60 — is £50 midweek and £60 at a weekend, plus delivery by postcode.
18ths and 40ths are the milestones people search for most. Add the birthday name in letters, pair the numbers with a balloon garland from our partners at Leeds Balloon Co in one booking, or choose rustic numbers in wood and warm amber for a barn or country pub.

Questions people ask
- How much are light up numbers for a birthday?
- £25 per number midweek and £30 at weekends, with a £50/£60 minimum — so any two-digit age is £50 midweek or £60 at a weekend.
- Can I add balloons?
- Yes — we work with Leeds Balloon Co, so you can add a balloon garland to your numbers in one booking, with one delivery.
- Can you deliver to a house?
- Yes, as long as there's room and a standard plug socket nearby. Tell us the address when you book.
- White or rustic?
- White uses daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow in any venue. Rustic is wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barns, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form: pick your date, venue and lights, and it shows live availability and your exact price before you commit.
