What it costs
Prices are per character, for 4ft lights in white or rustic, and include VAT. Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode and shown on the booking form before you book. There's a £50 minimum spend Monday to Thursday and £60 Friday to Sunday. These are the same live prices our booking form uses.

Our team has set up at wedding venues across Yorkshire — Oulton Hall, Rudding Park, Grantley Hall, Holdsworth House, York Racecourse and many more — so we know the access, the rooms and the rules. We deliver in an agreed morning window and have everything lit and tested long before your guests arrive.
White letters, with daylight white bulbs, are timeless in a ballroom or a marquee. Rustic letters pair real wood with warm white amber LEDs — the glow for barn weddings and industrial venues. Add wireless uplighters to wash the room in your colours.

- How much do wedding light up letters cost?
- Letters are £35 each Monday to Thursday and £40 Friday to Sunday; the one-piece MR & MRS sign is £45 and £55. MR & MRS SMITH comes to £220 midweek.
- When do you set up?
- We deliver in an agreed 9am–2pm window, so your letters are up and tested before the ceremony or wedding breakfast.
- Can the letters move between rooms?
- Tell us your plan when you book and we'll set them up where they work best for the day.
- White or rustic?
- White uses daylight white bulbs — not harsh like ice white, not yellow like warm white — for a clean, premium glow in any venue. Rustic is wood with warm white amber LEDs, made for barns, rustic themes and industrial spaces. Both are the same price.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is worked out from your venue's postcode, so it depends where you are — the booking form shows it with your total before you book. Our own team delivers in an agreed 9am–2pm window, sets up and tests everything, then comes back to collect.
- How do I book?
